Today’s visit takes me to Gateways School, delivering a full day of Exploring
Supporting Schools with Funding
Gateways School has successfully secured £600 in grant funding, making a significant contribution towards the cost of delivering the event this term.
With increasing pressure on school budgets, accessing external funding can be a game changer. Support and guidance around available grants is always provided, helping departments unlock funding that might otherwise go unused.
Bringing the Curriculum to Life
Throughout the day, students will engage directly with real anatomical specimens, reinforcing key curriculum topics in a way that is both memorable and academically meaningful.
Students benefit from:
A clearer understanding of structure and function in human anatomy
Hands-on experience that supports GCSE and post-16 biology learning
Insight into medical and healthcare career pathways
These sessions are designed to complement classroom teaching while offering an experience that simply can’t be replicated through textbooks alone.
If you’re planning for upcoming terms, now is the ideal time to book, especially if you’re looking to secure grant funding and preferred dates before availability fills.
