A Decade of Partnership: Newham Collegiate Sixth Form College Rebooks Premed Anatomy Experience

Newham Collegiate Sixth Form Centre has once again rebooked Sam Piri -The Dissection Guy to deliver the highly regarded Premed Anatomy programme for A Level students aspiring to careers in medicine and healthcare.

This latest booking marks an incredible milestone, one of a number of colleges celebrating over 10 years of partnership working to support ambitious students preparing for competitive clinical pathways.

Over the past decade, hundreds of aspiring medics from Newham Collegiate Sixth Form College have taken part in the immersive anatomy experiences, gaining direct exposure to real anatomical specimens in a fully interactive educational setting. The programme has become a valued part of the college’s enrichment provision, helping students bridge the gap between A Level Biology theory and real-world clinical understanding.

The Premed Anatomy experience is specifically designed for students considering medicine, dentistry, biomedical science, physiotherapy, nursing, and wider healthcare professions. Throughout the sessions, students explore key anatomical systems through expert-led demonstrations and hands-on learning opportunities, developing a far deeper understanding of the human body than can be achieved through textbooks alone.

Beyond academic enrichment, the programme has consistently supported students with the competitive medical school application process. The experience provides meaningful clinical insight that students can draw upon in UCAS personal statements and medical school interviews, while also helping develop confidence, professionalism, and motivation as they prepare for future careers in healthcare.
